About me
Welcome, and thank you for being here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I recognize the vulnerability this requires. You are the expert of your own life and experiences. As your therapist, I would feel honored to walk alongside you in this part of your journey, supporting you in a collaborative space grounded in authenticity, curiosity, empathy, attunement, humor, and respect for your pace and choices.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I understand that safety and trust take time to build, especially when vulnerability and emotional intimacy have felt overwhelming. Using a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, I provide individual counseling to adults seeking relief from anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
While therapy includes serious and meaningful work, I believe there is also room for fun. I am passionate about helping individuals gently process past painful experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and find ways to feel more present, grounded, and connected in their daily lives. I welcome you to reach out and look forward to working together.
