Our therapists draw from evidence-based approaches such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, relational psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. We tailor these approaches to each client’s unique needs, focusing on fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

We work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, identity exploration, major life transitions, behavioral concerns, and challenges related to neurodiversity and the autism spectrum. We also support clients dealing with addictions, eating disorders, compulsive behaviors, anger management, and lifestyle changes such as smoking cessation or weight-related goals.

Our team is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive, ensuring that therapy honors each client’s lived experience. In addition to therapy, we offer integrated support through our on-staff dietitian, providing guidance for nutrition and building a healthy, balanced relationship with food.
