Licensed Mental Health Counselor Dedicated to Helping Clients Find Clarity and Confidence
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Maybe you’re tired of overthinking, struggling to feel like yourself, or unsure how to move forward? I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who helps teens and adults slow down, untangle what’s weighing on them, and find a path toward feeling more grounded and confident in whatever way that looks like for you. In our work together, you don’t need to have the “right” words or all the answers- just a willingness to start!
My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up because I bring both compassion and honesty into the room. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation where you’re supported, comfortable, and where progress feels possible. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, past experiences that still linger, or simply want a safe place to breathe and sort things out, my goal is to help you feel empowered & understood.
