About me
In my work as a marriage, family and individual therapist, I help clients bring unconscious patterns into awareness, deepen their understanding of themselves, and cultivate more fulfilling lives and relationships.
Aliza believes therapy offers a powerful space for transformation, healing, and self-discovery. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, creating an environment where clients feel deeply heard and supported. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship concerns, helping them move toward greater authenticity, fulfillment, and emotional well-being.
Grounded in spiritual and depth psychology within a psychodynamic framework, Aliza explores the unconscious, shadow, and dreams as pathways to insight and wholeness. She also integrates somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, to support mind-body awareness and regulation. Aliza views therapy as an invitation to uncover inner strengths, cultivate clarity, and reconnect with one’s deeper purpose.
