I am an IFS informed therapist with a wide range of experience who works most with those coping with trauma (PTSD), navigating difficulties in relationships, life transitions and those with anxiety.

Are you currently feeling detached, anxious or overwhelmed due to life transitions, stressful relationships, past trauma or underlying anxiety and depression? I help older teens and adults of all ages re-engage, build confidence and achieve their goals with a better understanding of themselves, utilizing a mix of talk therapy and body centered approaches (like meditation and breathing exercises). If you are ready to gain new perspectives, and challenge yourself to grow in vulnerability and accountability, we may be a great team.

My expertise is in supporting people like you, and I value getting to know you as the expert in
your own life. Avoiding a one-size-fits all approach, I utilize interventions from CBT, psychodynamic and internal family systems (IFS). I also have training in trauma and trauma-informed care. During session you can expect an open, judgement free zone, where you have the space to explore, problem solve and get to know yourself better. I often start with a check in, identify area of focus and often utilize mindfulness to help people become more aware of their internal self.

I am a therapist working with a group practice called Affinity Psychological Services and am located at the Oakdale office. I offer both in-person and virtual services with a preference for in person sessions. Affinity works with most insurances.
