I am a person centered therapist with a wide range of experience who works most with people experiencing anxiety disorders and PTSD or those who have experienced trauma and/or abuse.

Are you an older teen or adult experiencing major life changes? Have you experienced (or
are you currently experiencing) abuse? Are you having difficulties in your personal or
professional relationships? Or maybe you’re experiencing mental health challenges such as
depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or post-traumatic stress disorder. You want to find
practical solutions, gain new perspectives, and challenge yourself to grow in vulnerability and
accountability.

My expertise is in supporting people like you, and I value getting to know you as the expert in
your own life. Avoiding a one-size-fits all approach, I utilize interventions from CBT, solution-
focused, and emotional-focused therapy. With training in trauma and trauma-informed care, I
also prioritize body-centered techniques such as mindfulness.

I am a therapist working with a group practice called Affinity Psychological Services and am located at the Oakdale office. I offer both in-person and virtual services with a preference for in person sessions. Affinity works with most insurances.
