About me
I am an experienced adult and couples therapist who specializes in addiction and trauma recovery.
I specialize in working with individuals grappling with the chaos of out-of-control behaviors or the weight of unresolved trauma. My clients are in search of a sanctuary where truth serves as the cornerstone, and the journey to self-discovery is honored. My role is to facilitate this exploration, to gently guide them through the unveiling of their true selves. Maybe you've had to hide parts of who you are or felt ashamed of your behaviors. In our shared space, you are encouraged to bring your whole self into the light. Collaboratively, we will work together to achieve your goals.
Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I partner with each client to tailor therapy to their unique needs. In our non-judgmental space, you can openly discuss any challenge. After all, if not here, then where else can you freely share your challenges? I provide wraparound care—coordinating with psychiatrists, doctors, schools, and loved ones when appropriate.
Your journey is uniquely yours, but you don’t have to navigate it solo. When you take that courageous step, I’ll be there to listen, support, and guide you. While I am a therapist, I am a human first who deeply understands how hard this journey can be. Let’s connect and explore how we can build the life you envision—one that thrives, not just survives.
