Hello! I can’t wait to meet you! Throughout my career as a counselor, I have had the privilege of working with a variety of people from many different backgrounds. I love getting to know each individual and feel it is important to meet my clients where they are at. Whether you are struggling with a mental illness, a difficult life transition, overwhelming stress, marital discord, parenting concerns, grief, or trauma, I am here to help.
I offer talk therapy geared towards each client’s individual needs. I am experienced in CBT, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness work. I also offer Christian counseling as requested. I am passionate about creating a safe therapeutic space and allowing clients to take the lead in session.
