About me
I specialize in working with trauma survivors, particularly those who have experienced domestic violence or sexual abuse. I also have experience working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ folks, and those with multicultural identities.
I embrace a “come-as-you-are” approach to healing. I meet clients where they’re at with acceptance, compassion, and creativity, knowing no two journeys will be the same. My main modalities are IFS, Narrative, EMDR, person-centered, & somatic work. Together, we will craft your personalized goals for therapy based on your concerns. We will work towards self-compassion, self-understanding, and freeing you from patterns that no longer serve you. As a queer and neurodivergent person myself, I understand the value of a nonjudgmental and welcoming space. I believe we are so much more than our trauma, we deserve to find peace, and that change is possible. Not always easy - but so very possible.
