About me
I am a mental health provider with an advanced degree and license in the field of social work. I treat a range of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and many more. I also hold a certificate in trauma-informed therapy to help individuals navigating trauma or PTSD. If you are struggling to manage the stress of life, you do not have to manage it alone. If life seems to be going well, and you want to either sustain that or do a check-in, there is nothing wrong with building healthy coping skills that add value to yourself and sustain your wellness.
The challenges of life can seem heavy at times. As a spouse and business professional navigating multiple careers, I understand the pressure of wearing multiple hats and juggling many responsibilities. If you are seeking individual therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy, we can work together to help you to build a healthy foundation that leads you to being the best version of yourself.
