About me

I'm an intuitive-led therapist who honors your inner world as a pathway to healing and integration.

There’s a part of you that knows there is more. More depth, more clarity, more alignment — even if your life already looks full from the outside. You may find yourself questioning old patterns, feeling pulled toward something deeper, or sensing that the way you’ve been living no longer fully fits. Therapy can be a space to explore that inner knowing and begin reconnecting with a more authentic, integrated version of yourself.

In our work together, my intention is to create a space where you can exhale. A space where all parts of you are welcome — even the ones that feel confusing, reactive, or hard to understand. I don’t see you as something to fix, but as someone whose experiences and protective patterns make sense. With curiosity, compassion, and care, we begin to gently explore your inner world so you can feel more connected, less overwhelmed, and more at home within yourself.

My approach is intuitive-led, trauma-informed, and integrative. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, attachment-based work, and transgenerational healing. This means we pay attention not only to your thoughts and emotions, but also to your body, your nervous system, and the deeper patterns that may have been passed down through generations. Together, we begin to understand the different parts of you — the ones that strive, protect, worry, or carry pain — so that no part of you is left behind.

As this work unfolds, many clients begin to experience a shift. There is often more space inside, less reactivity, and a growing ability to respond to life from a more grounded and self-led place. Relationships can feel clearer, parenting can feel less overwhelming, and there is often a deeper sense of trust in yourself.

I’m especially attuned to working with people who feel pulled toward something deeper — those who are thoughtful, introspective, and ready to explore beyond surface-level coping. This includes individuals navigating identity across cultures, immigrants and children of immigrants, parents wanting to break generational cycles, and those simply feeling called to understand themselves more fully. You don’t have to be a parent to benefit from this work — only someone open to growth, reflection, and meaningful change.

There is also space here for the spiritual side of your experience, if that resonates with you. Not in a rigid or prescriptive way, but as a grounded connection to intuition, meaning, and your own inner wisdom. I honor that each person’s path is unique, and we move at a pace that feels safe and aligned for you.

Alongside my clinical training, my work is shaped by my own lived experiences as an immigrant, a mother in a blended family, and someone who has transitioned from the corporate world into a more aligned, meaningful path. I understand the tension between responsibility and authenticity, and the courage it takes to begin listening to yourself more deeply.

My practice is private pay and best suited for those seeking depth-oriented, insight-driven therapy. I work with clients who are open to exploring their inner world and interested in lasting change, rather than quick fixes. This is a space for meaningful, ongoing work — where healing unfolds over time with care and intention.

If something in this resonates with you, you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Therapy can simply be a place to start — a place where you are met with warmth, curiosity, and respect, and where you can begin to reconnect with yourself in a more honest and integrated way.
