About me
I am a friendly and person-centered therapist who is dedicated to helping my clients achieve their goals.
Life is a journey, and we all need help sometimes navigating those smaller bumps in the road or big unexpected twists and turns. This journey can be made much more manageable by talking to someone who will actively, empathetically, and nonjudgmentally listen and offer feedback.
I am a positive, energetic, and person-centered therapist, and I incorporate humor and a friendly approach to help build trust and foster resilience. My trauma-informed, integrative approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, and mindfulness.
Whether you are looking to build coping skills for anxiety or depression, or you are walking through the pain of trauma, grief, or loss, I am here to help you navigate this part of your journey. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to collaborate with you as you work towards your goals.
