About me
Sexual Trauma Recovery | Women's Mental Health | Lesbian-Affirming Care
I believe women heal when they are seen and heard and supported to create a life in which they are safe, respected, and valued.
There is hope.
You do not have to do this alone.
I offer virtual psychotherapy services to women seeking support for sexual trauma recovery, PTSD and Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, shame, self-worth concerns, identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Many women arrive in therapy carrying experiences they have held alone for years. My hope is that our work together provides a space where healing, growth, and hope can emerge. My goal is to provide a space where women feel emotionally safe, respected, and supported as they explore their concerns and pursue healing.
In my practice, I provide virtual psychotherapy services to women seeking support for sexual trauma recovery, PTSD and Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, shame, self-worth concerns, identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, affirming, and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), feminist therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and multicultural perspectives to help women reconnect with their strengths and move toward meaningful change.
As an out and proud lesbian psychologist, I provide services that are lesbian-affirming. I welcome the opportunity to work with lesbian-identifying women who are seeking an affirming therapeutic relationship with an out provider. Many women find comfort in working with someone who understands aspects of their lived experience and identity.
I want every woman who works with me to know that:I will consider it a privilege to walk with you on this leg of your life's journey.
• I will believe you.
• I will support you.
• I will honor your strength.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific concern or simply know that something in your life needs to change, therapy can provide a space for reflection, healing, growth, and hope.
