We believe that sometimes life hurts, throws us curve balls, or becomes overwhelming. Therapy is a place where you can have someone walk that journey with you. It can help people feel less alone, more confident, and improve their overall life satisfaction. Clearwater Counseling Chicago works to empower clients to gain insight and motivation to change to their lives while coping with daily demands. Therapy centers on both the client and the counselor being invested in a common goal that works to process life experiences, improve coping skills, and engage in an authentic and safe connection. We believe many mental health challenges come from a lack of self-confidence, feelings of rejection from self and others, and errored beliefs or lessons learned throughout the lifespan.
