About me
Reduced fee and convenient therapy across New York! We are a diverse practice with a range of therapists specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, men’s issues, postpartum, grief, and more.
You are surrounded by expectations, comparisons, and the idea that everyone around you is happy and fulfilled. Are they? How are we to know? The timelines, deadlines, and pressures all around you seem overwhelming. You're feeling lost in this world. You're feeling like you're not enough; you don't make enough, you don't do enough. Life decisions and transitions can be hard, and you want assurance you are making the right decisions for your future. You exceed expectations while at the same time wondering if you are good enough.
You’re seeking to be happy and free of guilt and shame. What does it even mean to be happy? Together, we will work to find your happy. We will work to find your peace, and square up your own moral compass, not the compasses of everyone around you. You want to feel like enough. You want to be fulfilled by the life you've worked so hard to build.
Offering online therapy, we seek to make therapy as accessible and convenient as possible for you to get the help you deserve! Clients appreciate our authentic and down-to-earth style.
We now have two interns on staff who are able to provide sessions at $50, a highly reduced fee while still maintaining a high level of care.
