About me
I’m a warm, collaborative therapist who helps adults overcome anxiety, depression, and life transitions through solution-focused, culturally responsive care.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from your purpose, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and significant life transitions by offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where your concerns are fully seen, heard, and validated. My goal is to support you in finding clarity, building emotional resilience, and learn practical strategies to move forward confidently.
My therapy style is warm, interactive, and deeply collaborative. I use a blend of Solution-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques to help you build insight and take actionable steps toward meaningful change. While I’ll always meet you where you are with empathy and respect, I also believe in gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you, so you can create the life you truly want.
Clients often report feeling understood, empowered, and motivated after our sessions. We won’t just talk about what’s wrong—we’ll actively work together to identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and explore realistic coping tools tailored to your unique needs.
I bring over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and National Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a former clinical director, and a behavioral health leader. I understand the emotional and practical challenges that can arise in your personal and professional life. As a private practice therapist and entrepreneur, I’m passionate about supporting women. They often hold space for everyone else but don't leave room to focus on their healing and growth.
Whether you’re dealing with burnout, grief, self-doubt, or a life transition, I will walk alongside you as a supportive guide and active partner. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, build on what’s already working, and help you reconnect with your inner strength and purpose.
You deserve support that honors your unique qualities. Let’s begin the journey toward healing and lasting change together.
