About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of clinical experience and the founder of Thriving Mental Health Counseling PLLC. At our group practice, a team of qualified professionals offers skilled, competent, and compassionate psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Personally, I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD using CBT and Psychodynamic therapies, alongside specialized training in EFT, Gestalt, and Functional Family Therapy. Across our entire practice, our goal is to offer an understanding, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients of all ages feel empowered to achieve lasting mental wellness.
At our group practice, a dedicated team of highly qualified professionals provides skilled and competent psychotherapy services, expanding our mission to deliver top-tier clinical care. Throughout my career, I have provided therapy and case management across a diverse range of settings—including hospitals, medical centers, schools, and community centers—which shapes how I lead my practice today. I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families, maintaining a specialized clinical focus in depression, anxiety, and PTSD. My foundational practice primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic therapy. Additionally, I hold advanced training in couples counseling modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gestalt therapy, as well as family systems through Functional Family Therapy (FFT). Whether working with me or a member of my skilled team, our therapeutic approach is built on creating a compassionate, understanding, and strictly non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe, heard, and supported.
