At The Resiliency Center Counseling, we help children, families, and individuals find strength, connection, and healing through life’s challenges. We believe therapy is most effective when clients feel truly seen, supported, and understood. Our clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe and nurturing environment.
We specialize in trauma, EMDR, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, insomnia, and relationship concerns and more. Our team is also experienced in supporting clients navigating racial identity, cultural stressors, and major life transitions. We tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, integrating approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based therapies.
