I am a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we will work together to identify your concerns, needs, and goals. Through this partnership, we will develop a personalized treatment plan aimed at making you feel empowered and equipped to manage life’s challenges.
I specialize in working with adults who want to address concerns of substance use, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I take pride in offering tailored, person-centered treatment. I do much of my work with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens, which looks at how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Additionally, I integrate motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and mindfulness techniques into my approach.
