About me
Starting counseling can feel intimidating. I’m here to make that first step a little easier. My name is Ali Simpson and I strive to create an environment where you can enter as you are without the fear of judgement. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you connect with yourself and finding ways to live a life that feels emotionally fulfilling. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you and create a path forward that feels both manageable and meaningful.

I meet with families, couples, and individuals ages 12+ who are experiencing challenges and difficulties with anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, family conflict, relationship concerns, and racial identity exploration. I offer affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC while creating a safe space for your healing and growth.
I offer in-person and telehealth sessions Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM. You’re welcome to visit my website to view my calendar and request an appointment online. I’m grateful for the privilege of being here to support you through this next step.
