My name is Ali Holbrook, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with adults and seniors facing depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, life transitions, substance abuse, grief, bipolar disorders, LGBTQ+ (friendly and supportive) issues, and more.
Life can be unpredictable, bringing struggles such as indecision, traumas, and emotional distress. My goal is to support you through these difficult times, equipping you with coping strategies and guiding you on a path of healing and self-discovery.
Because I offer online services, I can meet with you wherever you are. Any resident of Virginia is eligible, and any space you choose (home, office, school, park, etc.) is where we talk. No need to drive, no wasted time sitting in a lobby, and no need to find a baby sitter. I am as close as your phone, tablet or computer.
I provide a confidential, supportive environment where you can openly express your thoughts, concerns, and emotions. By actively listening and offering evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I help clients gain insight, develop resilience, and find practical solutions.
