About me
I am a Black Male Therapist who provides healing within the Black, Indigenous, people of color and members of the LGBTQ+ Community who need help coping with anxiety, stress, and trauma.
If you feel like you’ve hit a wall in traditional therapy, it might be because the brain needs a different way to process deep-seated stress. I specialize in evidence-based methods like Brainspotting and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help you "unplug" the root causes of overthinking, stress, PTSD, anxiety, and emotional pain.
Instead of just learning to live with your symptoms, we work to process the emotional pain at its source. This approach helps recalibrate your nervous system so that old memories or physical discomfort no longer trigger a "mental alarm" in your daily life. My goal is to help you move from simply "coping" to true resolution.
In our first session, we won't just dive into the deep end; we'll map out exactly how these tools work and ensure you feel grounded and safe before we begin.
If you're ready to move beyond just managing symptoms and want to start truly processing them, I'm here to help. Send me a message today to take the first step toward a calmer, more resilient you.
