About me

I am a LSW Clinician with a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ population.

I desire to help you on your path, while not telling you who you are or how to be. I desire to provide a space for you to explore your internal and external world with the help of and in the presence of an empathetic human being. While also providing you with skills and practices to help you on your journey. Our goal in working with you is not to “cure” you from “mental illness” or eradicate the parts of you that have been pathologized, but rather to see, affirm, and validate who you are. We loosely lean on narrative therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We desire to provide anti-oppressive, anti-racist, person center and trauma informed care. We value growth and rest and desire to balance both in our personal and professional life. I am currently offering services virtually in English.

We (I alternate between using I and we as I/we are a system) were born in Colorado, USA. We are white and Mexican-American. We were raised by our white family and socialized as a white girl. We are adopted, lower middle-class AuDHD, spiritual and have a history of trauma. We have lived experience with dissociation and are a part of a system. We identify as queer, trans/gender non-conforming. We are also chronically ill and disabled (sometimes able-bodied). We are actively working on personal decolonization, and embodiment. We are pre-licensed with our Masters degree in Social work, our have our LSW, and currently under supervision.
