About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals and families heal from trauma, navigate life changes, and build stronger relationships.
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where true healing and growth can begin. My practice is built on the belief that while life presents significant challenges, every individual, couple, and family holds the inner strength to not only survive but thrive.
My Approach and Areas of Focus:
With years of experience, my practice focuses on helping clients address core issues that impact their daily lives and relationships. I specialize in supporting those who are navigating:
Trauma and Grief: Working collaboratively to process past events, reduce their ongoing impact, and move toward a greater sense of safety and peace.
Depression and Anxiety: Developing practical, evidence-based strategies to manage mood, restore energy, and build resilience.
Life Transitions: Providing support through major life changes, including career shifts, relationship endings, aging, or finding a new sense of identity.
Relationship and Family Challenges: Helping couples and families improve communication, resolve conflict, and rebuild essential connections.
Specialized Expertise:
I have a dedicated passion for supporting the unique needs of families, particularly in the areas of maternal mental health and parenting. This includes addressing the complex emotions around infertility, providing essential support during the postpartum period, and offering guidance on everyday parenting challenges. I also have deep experience working with individuals who struggle with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), offering consistent, validating, and structured therapeutic support to help manage intense emotions and stabilize relationships.
What I Offer You:
Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. I utilize a personalized, integrative approach, drawing from various therapeutic models to meet your specific needs. My commitment is to help you:
Gain Clarity: Understand the root causes of your distress.
Develop Skills: Learn effective tools to cope with stress, regulate emotions, and communicate assertively.
Build a Fulfilling Life: Move beyond survival and create a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and authentic to you.
I look forward to connecting with you and exploring how we can work together.
