About me
I am an experienced with helping children, adolescent and young adults through some of the most difficult times in their lives. I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and trauma that impacts daily life and relationships. I appreciate the space and time to focus on life long change, not a "quick fix." During our initial sessions we will identify the key patterns, experiences and goals that we need to focus on and can identify a projected length of treatment.
I’m the right fit for you if you are looking for someone to be authentic and honest with you. Life has a way of giving us more than we feel we can handle sometimes, individually, in our relationships or as a family. It takes bravery to step outside of the patterns that we are stuck in and do something different. Experiences, trauma, anxiety, depression, you name it, can throw barriers our way to feel like it's impossible to thrive. It IS possible to live a secure, confident and productive life, even if you do not feel that way right now.

I use a relational and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I find this is the best way to use my extensive experience and knowledge to apply to your unique life experiences and goals.
At some point life is just too much to get through alone. I would love to be your ally, confidant and challenger to help you become the best version of yourself/your family that you can be. Please reach out to ask any further questions and to help us both know that we are a good fit.
