About me
Eating Disorder Therapist| Individualized, Neurodiversity-Affirming & Weight-Inclusive Care
Lexi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering Telehealth counseling to individuals in Montana, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, California and Washington. Her practice is rooted in compassionate, client-centered care with an emphasis on neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed approaches. Fireweed & Fern reflects Lexi’s philosophy that therapy embodies both sides of healing: the resilience that allows us to begin again, and the steady wisdom that helps us grow in grounded, lasting ways.
Lexi’s path into this work grew from a lifelong curiosity about how people find strength in struggle. She has walked alongside clients in supporting individuals with eating disorders/disordered eating, body image distress, substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression with a speciality in care for neuro-affirming care.
Her therapeutic style is compassionate and collaborative. She offers a structured yet flexible approach to help clients build self-trust, reconnect with their bodies, improve relationships, and foster a more peaceful relationship with food and movement—supporting and walking alongside them as they discover their fullest, most authentic expression.
