My name is Alexia Totoro and I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor who is dedicated to helping adolescents, young adults, and adults reach their goals.
You will receive non judgmental and empathic feedback from me in a way that challenges you to see things in a new light and develop additional skills that you practice for you. Together, we will focus on what is most important to you while protecting your right to privacy and confidentiality. I will provide you with evidence-based coping strategies that you will practice in-between sessions and we will work collaboratively in identifying what is most effective for you.
