About me
Life is full of unexpected twists, turns, and spirals. At one point, we feel like we have everything under control and then in an instant everything seems to be falling apart. There are two choices - we can allow challenges to prevent us from moving forward, or we can face these challenges, create a clear path and regain control of our lives. I am a Licensed Social Worker/Therapist with life experiences that has called me into this profession to empower others. As a therapist, I have worked with individuals striving to overcome stress, depression, anxiety, and chemical dependency. In a collaborative effort I work closely with my clients to identify and address their unique needs in ways that manifest best within them. I use a combination of cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies to help identify troublesome thought patterns, manage triggers, and improve their well-being. I pride myself on authenticity and therapeutic transparency. I prioritize self-compassion and empowerment, while creating a safe space where people can share their experiences and concerns without judgment. My focus is to help you process, heal, and create a healthy today for a better tomorrow.
