About me
I am a therapist in Virginia specializing in sex therapy, relational healing, and trauma recovery, including religious trauma. I help individuals and couples navigate intimacy challenges, desire concerns, and relationship difficulties in a safe, affirming space.
I’m a Resident in Counseling specializing in sex therapy, relational healing, and trauma recovery, including religious or spiritual trauma. I work with individuals and couples navigating intimacy challenges, low sexual desire, desire discrepancy, painful sex, erectile dysfunction, and relational or sexual trauma. I also support clients exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, ethical non-monogamy, and faith-related sexual or relational concerns.
My approach blends person-centered, narrative, mindfulness-based, CBT, feminist, and trauma-informed frameworks, creating a space of authenticity, curiosity, and respect. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe to explore their sexuality, identity, and relationships.
Together, we will work to strengthen connection, process relational or religious trauma, and reclaim intimacy and sexual well-being. I provide a safe, affirming, and collaborative space and would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater self-understanding, fulfillment, and healthy relationships.
