About me
I’m a nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare, board-certified in both psychiatric mental health and family practice. I take a whole-person approach, recognizing the connection between mind and body as we work together toward your goals. You can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on the whole person. I take time to listen and understand your experiences, values, and goals—not just your symptoms.
Using a shared decision-making model, we develop thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plans focused on safety, sustainability, and long-term well-being. I integrate medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and lifestyle-based strategies, considering the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health.
My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered in your care.
You can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. I take a holistic, individualized approach to care, helping you better understand your symptoms, explore treatment options, and develop practical strategies that align with your goals.
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other in a safe and supportive environment. I’ll take time to listen to your concerns, review relevant medical and mental health history, and understand your experiences, current stressors, and goals for care. Together, we’ll begin creating a thoughtful treatment plan, which may include medication management, education, and supportive strategies tailored to your needs.
Throughout our work together, my goal is for you to leave sessions feeling validated, informed, and supported on your path toward healing and stability.
