About me
I meet all of my clients where they are and help them to assess where they want to be. I have multiple areas of concentration ranging from but not limited to grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, LGBTQIA+, sexual concerns, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am also kink-informed and a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP).
My ideal client is someone that is curious about the dysfunction they experience in their life who is willing to challenge how to heal the past while working through the present and looking towards the future. We can feel very "stuck" in our lives and it can be difficult finding the strength and the skills necessary to move forward.
I believe in taking an approach to counseling that is collaborative, non-judgmental, and fully empathetic to the client's individual experience.
I am a clinician at Kelly's Grief Center in Kent, Ohio. At Kelly's, we are able to support our clients through both group and individual services. We are also able to provide financial assistance to anyone who may need it.
