I help people have a healthier relationship with their emotions.
Clients tend to describe me as direct and honest, but never judgmental. I strive to make therapy feel safe yet challenging; to accept my clients in their darkest moments while empowering them to build a brighter future.
Many of my clients struggle with fear, anger, or rage that feels uncontrollable. They want to better understand and communicate their needs instead of shutting down, blowing up, or self-sabotaging. They want a healthier relationship with others - and with themselves.
Drawing on over a decade of clinical experience, I'll teach you to respond rather than react to your emotions. You'll cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself, your needs, and why you seem to keep repeating unhealthy patterns.
I have extensive experience working with infidelity, divorce anger/aggression, estrangement and domestic violence. And while I frequently work with men, especially those who are new to therapy, I welcome all genders and sexual orientations. Some clients opt to incorporate ketamine-enhanced sessions into their treatment. I contract with a team of doctors to facilitate this powerful modality to those interested.
