About me
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California. I work with adults, families, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. With a warm, authentic approach, I draw on years of clinical experience and lived insight to support my clients in making meaningful change.
People come to therapy for many reasons—sometimes because of painful experiences happening right now, and other times because of deeper wounds from childhood, including trauma or attachment injuries.
In therapy, I’ll help you explore and process what’s beneath the surface so we can figure out, together, how to move forward. I view my clients through a bio-psycho-social lens, honoring the full complexity of their story. I bring care, curiosity, and a grounded, hopeful presence to each session—and I show up as a real person. Therapy with me isn’t scripted or impersonal—it’s genuine, collaborative, and centered on what matters most to you.
I view therapy as a space where honest dialogue, emotional safety, and deep connection create the foundation for healing. I meet my clients where they are—beyond labels and diagnoses—and work hard to make them feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
I work with adults, older adults, and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, grief, relationship struggles, anger, loneliness, sadness, hopelessness, and self-image issues. Many of my clients have experienced childhood trauma, divorce, illness, fear of death, relationship pain, loss of meaning, work stress, or are asking themselves “What’s next?”
I am certified in Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and bring an integrative approach to each session, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of the individual. I have also completed specialized training in Internal Family Systems, suicide prevention, crisis support, and treating anxiety and depression. I bring clinical knowledge, yes—but also deep personal experience and empathy.
My previous work in the business and technology world shaped how I show up as a therapist. Before becoming a clinician, I spent many years in sales and management roles at both start-ups and large corporations. That professional background, combined with being a mother of three, helps me relate to clients facing workplace stress, burnout, parenting challenges, identity shifts, and big life transitions.
