I am Certified in Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and obtaining certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and completed specialized training in suicide prevention, crisis support, and treating anxiety and depression. I am the clinical consultant on a student-led AI mental health app, was part of Sentio's AI Mental Health Study, and worked with former classmates to build a mental health phone based app for college students. My past experience includes 10+ years in business and technology at companies such as Netscape Communications and AOL.
