About me

I am a queer, poly-affirming, and neurodivergent therapist who supports clients with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism, learning difficulties, with sexuality, gender identity, attachments, relationship issues, trauma, open and consensual non-monogamous relationships, trust and self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and managing stress/anger.

The best way to find out if you can trust somebody is to trust them. - Ernest Hemingway. Past experiences can impact our ability to be vulnerable and trusting. Building trust, deep connection, and creating a safe space that feels warm and accepting is an important part of the therapeutic and healing process.

I strive to establish and maintain trust by being empathetic, an effective listener, and validating. It is important to feel heard, seen, and validated. Together we will work towards healing and achieving desired outcomes by exploring your experiences in a safe and compassionate space.

I use a collaborative and integrative approach using mindfulness, somatic therapy, family systems, solution-focused, behavioral therapy, and an existential approach to help clients explore meaning and purpose in their lives, process their lived experiences, and develop healthy coping skills.
