About me
I have worked with many clients of various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed practices. I also incorporate elements of mindfulness and strengths-based therapy to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and confidence.
As a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families through life’s many ups and downs. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure of yourself, or perhaps you’re navigating a big life change or relationship challenge. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone — I’m here to help. While past experiences or trauma may have shaped your story, they don’t have to define your future. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re feeling, build on your strengths, and create space for growth and healing. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive environment where you can move from self-doubt to self-acceptance, and begin to feel more confident and at peace in your life.
