About me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and Oregon. My clinical specialties include trauma, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and providing affirming, inclusive care to individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. My practice primarily offers telehealth services, allowing me to work with clients residing in either California or Oregon.

If you’re struggling with traumatic experiences, painful memories, anxiety, fears, or patterns that leave you feeling stuck, I’m here to help you move forward. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide individualized, evidence-based psychotherapy designed to help you understand and overcome the challenges affecting your life.

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients process distressing experiences, reduce anxiety, address phobias, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding. My approach is direct, collaborative, and solution-focused, with an emphasis on practical tools and meaningful progress tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I believe healing happens in an environment where you feel safe, understood, and supported. I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and nurturing therapeutic space where you can explore difficult experiences, build resilience, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

I am proud to serve the LGBTQ+ and the autism spectrum (ASD) communities and provide affirming care that honors each person’s identity, experiences, and strengths. Whether you’re seeking relief from past trauma, freedom from anxiety, or a deeper understanding of long-standing patterns, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a more fulfilling life.
