Maybe you’re exhausted from being “fine,” stuck in perfectionism or overthinking, or carrying a mental load that would qualify as a second full-time job. You may be great at taking care of everyone else while having absolutely no idea what to do with your own needs. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to perform, achieve, fix, or have it all figured out.

I specialize in complex trauma and work with high-achievers, perfectionists, and parents who have learned to survive by being capable, responsible, accommodating, and in control. Using approaches such as EMDR and IFS/parts work, we’ll explore the patterns underneath the coping without shaming the strategies that helped you get here.
