About me

Brain-wise trauma and attachment therapist committed to working with families and individuals navigate the stress, anxiety and isolation of today's circumstances.

I help clients heal developmental and relational trauma, move from shame to self-compassion, and build relationships rooted in trust. Together we’ll explore how your brain and body learned to protect you—using neuroscience, mindfulness, and experiential tools like art and creativity—to restore safety and resilience amid past wounds and present-day stress.
As life moves through its ever-changing phases, we all need relationships that offer support and gentle guidance. In my experience, transitions and major life events often leave us at a crossroads, trying to reconcile the past while navigating the present and future. When we can examine our stories with compassion, we open the door to moving forward with greater clarity and purpose. As a brain-focused therapist, I combine expertise with empathy to help individuals and families navigate life’s seasons in a way that feels true to them, with the ultimate goal of fostering lasting mental well-being.
In today’s chaotic world especially, we heal not in isolation but through relationship and community. My clients often share how safe and unjudged they feel in our work. I would be honored to walk beside you as you navigate past trauma, meet present stress with compassion, and build deeper connections—with yourself, loved ones, and the world around you.
