About me

I am a relational therapist who is dedicated to helping couples, teenagers and individual adults build strength and resilience through trauma recovery.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, numb or angry about the state of the world, please know that I can relate. I know what it feels like to be lost in emotional overwhelm, and, I know how to share tools that keep us reaching for hope, joy, love and vitality. There is no unsolvable problem when we search within, for the core of our humanity, reaching for actions that fuel our spirit.

I practice Relational Therapy grounded in mindfulness and Gestalt awareness practice. In both Relational and Gestalt therapy much of the focus is based in the present moment. With attention drawn to the here and now, we can explore how current and historical relationship patterns impact your overall well-being and your sense of vitality. This type of therapy supports emotional regulation with practicality and realistic therapeutic interventions while creating a wide container for non-violence and creative self-exploration. Simply put: you are in the driver's seat and I am your supportive copilot helping to keep you on course.

All are welcome in my practice and I feel it is important to be clear that I have a deep commitment to psychologies of Liberation and social justice. My practice is trauma informed and I am make it my mission to do no harm.
