Hi I'm Alex! I'm a therapist that focuses on transformational change in the face of complex and developmental trauma. The behaviors we develop to survive our childhoods or toxic relationships can feel like they're ripping us apart when we are finally safe. Family dysfunction, narcissistic abuse, childhood neglect are just a few examples of things that significantly impact behavior, thought patterns, and attachment. The best way forward is to explore the psyche and forge a new path.
