About me
I'm a therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting clients through meaningful personal growth and healing. I bring deep expertise in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, struggle with depression and anxiety, and LGBTQ+ individuals and communities. I'm committed to creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically.
My approach is grounded in person-centered care and cultural responsiveness. Every client I come in contact with is unique. They are unique in their personal interests, beliefs, behaviors, and needs. I am a trauma informed clinician. My theoretical approach involves integrating somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I work collaboratively with you to explore what matters most and to build sustainable paths toward the life you envision.
I draw from evidence-based therapeutic practices to support you through a range of concerns, including identity exploration, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to walk alongside you with genuine care, curiosity, and respect, creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust and authenticity.
Taking the step to seek therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
