About me
Every person has the capacity to change and heal and live authentically. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental environment for self-exploration, growth and expansion. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults, young adults, teenagers, and families who have experienced trauma, relationship strains, anxiety and depression.
My work is based in Existential, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems Theory and is rooted in connection and compassion. When appropriate, I try to incorporate lightness, spontaneity, and humor into my work.
