About me
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, emotional challenges, relationships, and life transitions. My approach focuses on creating a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and heard.
I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and feel supported as you navigate life's challenges.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, through a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
My therapeutic style is relational, compassionate, and individualized. I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, play-based interventions, somatic techniques, and neurofeedback to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and build meaningful connections with themselves and others.
I recognize that everyone's experiences, needs, and goals are different. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your relationships, I believe in working together at a pace that feels comfortable, with an emphasis on building trust, fostering personal growth, and creating lasting, meaningful change.
I offer therapy primarily through telehealth, with limited in-person availability in Syracuse, NY.
