As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Counselor, I am passionate about helping others find alignment within themselves and in the world around them. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

I create a safe, intentional space where clients can explore their emotions, navigate challenges, and develop effective coping strategies - particularly those who are highly sensitive or feel overwhelmed by chaotic environments.

In my work, I integrate mindfulness and creativity-based practices to encourage grounding, self-expression, and self-exploration. These tools allow individuals to better connect with themselves, regulate emotions, and build resilience in the face of life’s challenges. In our first session, you can expect to be met with warmth, acceptance, and care. We’ll work collaboratively to identify what’s bringing you in and set realistic, meaningful goals for treatment. Your experiences will be met with compassion and understanding, and you’ll leave feeling supported, encouraged, and one step closer to alignment.
