About me
I'm an adolescent and adult therapist who is passionate about helping those who are suffering from depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relational issues, and trauma. Before joining my current practice, I provided therapy at a group private practice, where I specialized in adolescent and adult mental health, with a focus on trauma-informed care and somatic approaches. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults who were experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, post-traumatic stress, self-esteem issues, and parent-child relationships, and have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing.
Exhausted from feeling like something is “wrong” with you? Feeling powerless or stuck? Struggling with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, or unwanted/intrusive thoughts and compulsions can leave you feeling broken and disconnected from the world around you. Our work together centers on empathy, compassion, and curiosity, honoring your experiences without the need to fix you. Together, we’ll explore new ways of connecting with yourself, while also gently shifting perspectives that no longer serve you. Using narrative, cognitive, and somatic approaches, we’ll build on your strengths to help you reconnect & feel more you.
My office is a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. The foundation of my work focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, empathy, transparency, and compassion. Together, we'll explore your experiences at your own pace, ensuring your voice, story, and emotions are truly seen and heard.
You matter and your feelings matter. If you are struggling with any emotional or mental health concerns, please reach out. Your joy isn’t gone, the power to reconnect with it already exists within you. You just need help finding it, let's find it together.
