About me

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying stress, navigating transitions, or healing from past experiences. You may be feeling anxious, uncertain, or simply ready for change. My ideal client is anyone seeking a safe space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and balance. Whether you’re facing daily stressors or deeper struggles, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and your goals.
I offer a warm, collaborative approach rooted in CBT, psychodynamic theory, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping tools, and find new ways forward. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can gain clarity, resilience, and hope.
Reaching out for help is a brave step, and you don’t have to do this alone. I strive to meet each client just where they are.. with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Whether you’re struggling with stress, grief, or life changes, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and trained at Betty Hardwick Center, serving clients with trauma, mood disorders, and life challenges. Now, as an LPC-Associate supervised by Starla Cason, LPC-S, I bring that foundation into private practice.
I can help with: depression, anxiety, trauma, and navigating life changes. In therapy, we'll slow things down, uncover patterns, process experiences, and practice skills that bring relief and clarity in a safe, supportive space. The goal is for you to leave sessions feeling supported and empowered with strategies that truly fit your life.
The treatment types I often use are CBT, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. Sessions are collaborative and paced for your comfort. Together, we'll explore your story, uncover patterns, and find practical tools for healing and growth. My role is to walk alongside you as you build insight, coping tools, and the confidence to handle life's challenges.
