I am a seasoned Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in trauma recovery and support for children, teens and adults who have difficulty managing various emotions including grief, depression, anxiety, and frustration.
I provide in person and online individual therapy sessions in a safe and healing atmosphere.
