About me
I'm a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master's degree, licensed to practice in Washington and Texas. I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, specializing in helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, and self-esteem challenges.
My work focuses on supporting young adults and women through a range of meaningful concerns—including social anxiety, attachment issues, communication difficulties, obsessive-compulsive patterns, forgiveness, life purpose, and self-love. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen and understood, and I'm committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore your concerns without judgment.
I draw on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help you build confidence, develop healthier communication patterns, and reconnect with your sense of purpose and worth. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship challenges, or questions about who you are and where you're headed, I'm here to support your journey with authenticity and care.
I'm honored to work with clients who are seeking a therapist who understands their unique perspective and lived experience. Starting therapy is a meaningful step, and I'm grateful to walk alongside you.
