About me

I am an Idaho LPC and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) clinician specializing in trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, with a unique understanding of military, veteran, and first responder communities. I provide culturally responsive care in English and Albanian.

Seeking therapy after trauma can feel like a big step, especially when difficult experiences, painful memories, anxiety, or overwhelming stress continue to affect your daily life. My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful space where you feel understood and can work toward meaningful change.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Idaho specializing in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and stress-related concerns. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused approach that uses imagery and bilateral eye movements to help clients process distressing memories and reduce the emotional and physical responses connected to them.

What I bring to therapy goes beyond clinical training. I have a deep understanding of military, veteran, and first responder cultures and the unique pressures that can come with service, deployments, critical incidents, high-stress careers, family responsibilities, and transitions back to everyday life. This perspective allows me to approach therapy with an appreciation for the strength, resilience, identity, and experiences that are often part of these communities.

I work with adults from many different backgrounds, not only military and first responder communities. My approach is compassionate, practical, trauma-informed, and tailored to the individual. Therapy is not about defining you by what happened to you. It is about helping you process what you have experienced, recognize your strengths, and move toward the life you want to live.

As a bilingual therapist who speaks English and Albanian, I also value the role that culture, family, identity, and life experience can play in emotional well-being. I strive to provide culturally responsive care where clients feel respected and understood.

If trauma, PTSD, anxiety, distressing memories, or overwhelming experiences are keeping you from moving forward, you do not have to spend every session retelling every detail of your past. Accelerated Resolution Therapy may offer another way to work through what is still affecting you.

I provide online counseling to adults throughout Idaho and welcome clients who are ready to explore whether my approach may be a good fit for them.
