I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho offering online‑only counseling services. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in your life.

I use an eclectic, person-centered, and evidence‑based approach that incorporates CBT, Prolonged Exposure for PTSD, trauma‑informed and psychosis‑informed care, mindfulness, and bilateral stimulation techniques. I work with adults facing trauma, anxiety, stress, substance use issues, and life transitions.
I have extensive experience supporting justice‑involved individuals, people with sexual offense histories, and clients navigating addiction and recovery. I am bilingual in Albanian and also passionate about serving first responders, veterans and military families. My background as the spouse of a retired law enforcement officer and combat veteran gives me a grounded understanding of the pressures, transitions, and resilience within these communities. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients can build insight, develop practical skills, and move toward healing and resilience.
I am currently paneled as a self‑pay provider. Superbills are available for clients who wish to submit for out‑of‑network reimbursement. Insurance billing will be added as soon as my credentialing is finalized.
