About me
I believe that healing is a process that takes time, patience, and self-compassion. Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship issues, my approach is to meet you where you are and help you rise to where you want to be. We all have the capacity for growth, and sometimes, we just need the right support to discover it.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18 years of experience, and I am passionate about helping individuals from marginalized communities including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled individuals navigate life’s challenges. I deeply believe that we all have the capacity to rise up and discover resilient versions of ourselves.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing significant life transitions or trauma. Having experienced my own journey with disability, I understand the challenges that come with navigating marginalized identities, and I am committed to helping others embrace their authentic selves.
